CSAE Policy

Zero tolerance

Godena prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes content, communication, or behavior that sexualizes minors, facilitates abuse, or promotes harm toward children.

Prohibited content and behavior

Users may not upload, share, request, promote, or discuss exploitative content involving minors. Grooming, trafficking, coercion, or sexualized communication involving children is strictly prohibited.

Reporting and moderation

Users can report harmful behavior through the app or by contacting support@godena.app. Reports may be reviewed by moderators and action may be taken immediately to protect users and the broader community.

Enforcement

Accounts involved in CSAE-related behavior may be removed immediately. Relevant content may be removed, accounts may be suspended or terminated, and information may be preserved where required for investigation or legal compliance.

Law enforcement and legal compliance

Godena may report CSAE-related material or activity to appropriate authorities and comply with applicable legal obligations relating to child safety.
